NATIONAL COMPANY OF THE INSURANCE RISK DAMAGE AS FACILITY TO CUMULATIONS INSURANCE INVESTMENT RESOURCE

The article is aimed to research possibilities of creation in Ukraine national company on ensuring risks of losses against technogenic failures. In article exposed the features of technogenic risks, which stipulate the necessity creation the specialized state insurance company. It is reasonable, that these measures from one side will assist the effective insurance protecting of managing subjects from losses, on the other side this measure will allow to accumulate at centralized level considerable volume of financial resources which can be used in investment processes of Ukrainian economy.
