In the given research, it has four tasks to be completed and for each task, it is required to download the relevant sources to continue the tasks. For the first task it is required to download the pcap packet trace corresponding to group X from the given OneDrive link to analyse it and utilise any preferred method to determine packet size statics, traffic evolution, the top ten local IP address addresses and the top ten ports and characteristics of resulting connection etc. In the second task, it is required to download the Netflow, nfdump trace corresponding to our group from the given OneDrive link to analyse it using any preferred method to determine the overall characteristics of the trace, rate of overall connections, Identify the top five local users responsible for generating the highest amount of traffic and identify the top five most used TCP ports etc. In the third task, it is required to download a web image with maximum size of 3MB over HTTP using wgnet and perform the analysis tasks to collect the packet trace, timeline of events within the connection, calculate RTT and estimate bottleneck bandwidth etc. In the fourth task, it is required to produce long-term delay statistics either by pinging or by using the pingtest.sh script for two internet IP addresses that respond to ping and provide analysis on overall deviation and packet loss, graph RTT, and the comparison between traceroute results and ping results etc
