Nitrogen fixation activity of bacterial isolates of rhizosphere of plants depending on isolation ecotopes
The investigation toward the studying the effect of various doses of nitrogen fertilizer on the structure and functioning of the colza plant rhizosphere microbiocenosis has been performed. It has been identified, that 78% of bakteria isolates selected among rhizosphera colza plants, are able to use in the food chain, mineral, organic nitrogen or in the absence of bound forms of this element, fix the atmosphere inert molecular nitrogen with different activity. It is established, that A-29 and K-11 bakteria isolated from the control variant, had a high level of nitrogen fixation.
