On the Interconnections between the Objects, Content, and Forms of Socialist Ownership

It is generally recognized today that the main questionwhat are the decisive directions in which it is possible and necessary to guarantee socialist society the dynamism that is necessary in the modem world cannot be properly answered without in-depth research on the content, structure, and forms of realization of socialist ownership. This problem should be examined from the standpoint of the transformation of all workers in socialist society into genuine masters of the means of production, the creation of a new socialist motivation mechanism, the fullest possible realization of the potential of the new social order, and the acceleration of the realization of the tasks of socioeconomic development on this basis.
