On the theory of physical properties and phase transitions in ferrosmectics

Equilibrium thermodynamical characteristics of ferrosmectics are estimated under conditions when both magnetic and steric interparticle interactions are taken into account. Deformation and condensation phase transitions in ferrosmectics are studied.
