Organizing for innovation : Consistent innovation message
Purpose – To present the findings from the BCG's Innovation 2006 Senior Executive Survey. Design – Reviews the results of the BCG's Innovation 2006 Senior Executive Survey. Findings – Innovation remains a top strategic focus for many companies; however 50% of companies questioned remain unsatisfied with the financial returns on their companies' investments in innovation. Practical implications – Discusses the problems companies face when choosing whether to invest in innovation.
