It's time we consider blockchains linking the fragmented and increasingly centralized approach with respect to natural resources. Disasters are exacerbating, climate unpredictable, ambient conditions degrading that are negatively spiraling quality of life and creating not-so-feel-good orientation. Protectionist policies creating fractionated and reactive approach on our planetary natural resources. This monograph draws analogy to propose the resource-blockchain research using the sustainable differentiation methodology. Sustainable differentiation (Sen, 2014) envisages a global convergence through differentiated development of core resources, such as, water, waste. Symbiotic relationship endures the relationship. This is more pronounced for emerging economies reeling under the real threat of natural and human induced resource imbalances that lead to disasters.
