Pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment ( ROI), Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER), dan Book Value (BV) Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia
The purpose of this research is to empirically study the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), debt to equity ratio (DER), and book value (BV) per share on stock price. Population of this research are property firms which go public during the period of 2005 to 2010.This research is classified as causal research and replication of former researches. The samples are obtained by using purposive sampling method. As the result, from 40 go public property firms, 10 are used as the samples of this study. The statistic method being used is double linear regression with the model being tested previously in classic assumptions. The result indicates that partially book value (BV) per share variables significantly influence on stock price, whereas return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), and debt to equity ratio (DER) variables have no significant influence on stock price. Nevertheless, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), debt to equity ratio (DER), and book value (BV) per share have simultaneously influenced the stock price of property firms.
