Perspectives on Some of the Common Categories of Exclusion and Inclusion
In this document we discuss some of the most prevalent categories of exclusion, and therefore emergent discourse on inclusion, that have traditionally been studied and examined. Issues around, inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, LGBT employees, and managing generational groups are included in this paper. Issues pertaining to each group are discussed separately in the following section.
