Principles of organization and holding of structure policy. World experience and its applying in Russia.

This work suggests analysis of world experience of organization of structure policy and gives its scientific justification, practical mechanisms, institutions and regulations. Also features of integration process of structure projects in social and economic policy of Russia are given. Development and realization of state structure policy are seen as the most effective way of reaching of goal indicators of social and economic development of Russia and consolidation of aim parameters of all supported strategies in united strategic planning documents.
