Problems in Improving the Infrastructure

The improvement of the infrastructure, which is closely linked to the policy of economic intensification, is an important direction in national economic planning. Solving this problem will make it possible to use major reserves in social production and promote its effectiveness. The Twenty-sixth Congress of the CPSU posed the task of securing the accelerated growth of branches of the production and social infrastructure.
