Problems of Utilization of Labor Resources in the Countryside

One of the consequences of rapid technological progress is the release of labor force in connection with the growth of labor productivity. Socialism creates real opportunities for a successful solution of the problem of utilizing released labor resources. However, this does not at all mean that in socialist countries serious attention should not be paid to the solution of the problem of the employment and rational utilization of the labor force.
