Project Management Based on Continuously Informed About the Earned Value

The paper presents a model of management decision during the project, monitoring the work which is carried out in accordance with the earned value method, under the assumption of continuity of information on the progress of the work and the continuity of management decisions. Model applicability area revealed and shows that the management, which aims to follow the plan of the project is necessary to use both types of information - the magnitude of the actual deviations from the plan and the size of the growth rate of the value of the product
