New technological changes significantly change the way people work, how they communicate, inside the company and outside of it, and change the relations in the sphere of competition. All changes are significant and reflect the leadership, and the management of the companies. Today it is believed that without true leadership, companies cannot achieve above average performance; on the contrary, they would stagnate at some average level or they will sink below the average. In terms of turbulent changes, every organization needs leaders who can lead the process of change. In terms of transition and democracy, women entrepreneurs appear significantly more powerful even though their overall role in business and public political areas is often difficult due to lack of understanding, legal barriers and traditional childbearing.
