Prospect as a model of the future in the happiness economy – new normative theory of wellbeing

In the article the new vision of the problem of working out the institutes defining the civil society formation is offered, the typology of well-being and possible formalisation of criterion of its growth is given. The special place in research of the social evolution of the person and the society is occupied with the prospect institute, the theory of justice of J.B. Rawls and F.Hayek’s evolutionary ethics
