Protecting and Promoting Human Rights in World Scenarios : A Qualitative and Quantitative Research

Human rights are the rights relating to life, freedom, equality, and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the Constitution or embodied in international treaties and enforceable by all national superior courts. The UN Human Rights Council is a United Nations body whose mission is to promote and protect human rights around the world. The council has forty-seven members elected for staggered three-year terms. The headquarters of the Council are at the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland. After the Second World War the United Nations framed the primary goals concerning the protection and promotion of human rights. It has established broad categories of universally accepted rights and established mechanisms as well as to assist governments in meeting their obligations to both promote and protect human rights. The purpose of this research is to provide information about human rights-related information, awareness, to convey the mechanism, protect human rights, implement new procedures and fundamental mechanisms and fund treaty action plans, procedure and principles, involving human rights laws including children, disabled people, minorities, women, migrant workers etc. This research study mainly deals with how human rights and its related associated bodies works, and which ones are dealing with the protection of rights and promoting the mechanisms with qualitative training programs and quality approaches for future generations to protect the violations against humans
