Qafqaz Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin Universitede Beğendikleri Yönlere ilişkin Değerlendirmeleri (The Evaluation of Qafqaz University Students Views on the Aspects they Like at the University)

Nowadays it is vitally important to get higher education for the youth who have to prepare themselves for life much better. Families marshal their financial opportunities in order for their children to get education at prestigious universities. For this reason, Higher Education Institutions have to prove and demonstrate their merits to be preferred by students. Education institutions are obliged to show their advantages, to present chances, to identify their drawbacks, and gradually include them in compulsory quality concept. To carry it out, expectations of students (customers), their satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the service offered should be defined. From the perspective of University management, determination of specific features of students’ satisfaction plays a leading role in strategic establishment of higher education process and its sustainability. In this study, quality perception, appreciation of peculiarities on 'their satisfaction with university' of 811 students studying at Qafqaz University have been analyzed, and superiorities of this university compared to other univerisites have been determined. As a result of study, the prior points turned out to be quality of education, professor‐student relations, infrastructure and physical facilities beside social, cultural and sport activities
