Quelques réflexions sur la situation économique et sociale africaine et les politiques économiques préconisées par le NEPAD
The paper presents the NEPAD initiative (the New Partnership for Africa’s Development initiative) and criticizes some aspects of the document. Four principal critics are done. The first one is about the lack of financial funds and capital in Africa and how incorrectly the document addresses this question. The second one is on the fact that policies against poverty are insufficiently developed in the document. Thirdly and fourthly, we discuss how the role of African governments are viewed and how the NEPAD ’s regional status can be or not a positive think.
