This report consists of recommendations for improving future monitoring of the European Partnerships and strengthening the development of the portfolio of European Partnerships. The presented recommendations are based on experiences collected and analysed during the preparation of the BMR 2024 and on assessment of the implementation of earlier recommendations presented in the context of BMR 2022.
