Reform of higher education: from new organisational forms to new economic relations/ Реформа высшего образования: от новых организационных форм к новым экономическим отношениям

The article rises the problem of formation of the new economic relations related to receiving services of the higher education system in a context of transition of national economy to knowledge society. The author proves that active market functioning of education should lead to the formation of educational space as system part of social space with the corresponding economic relations. These relations will objectively predetermine the priority principles of management of the higher education system.
