Hence the various parts of the organization and the jobs have to be designed to satisfy the needs of individual and groups as well as organizational needs.Taking concrete steps to improve the level of job satisfaction, make the job more interesting and challenging, improving quality of work life, linking rewards to performance, and improving overall organizational climate.
