Relationship between Rewards and Employees Performance

The study examines the influence of rewards on worker's performance. The subjects were 100 employees of CEMENT Industry at Hattar, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Chakwal, and Peshawar Offices. Data for the study was gathered from the administration through a self-designed questionnaire. The data collected was subject to appropriate statistical analysis using quot;Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficientquot;, and all the findings were tested at 0.01 level of significance. The result obtained from the analysis showed that there exist a direct relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic reward and the performance of workers. On the basis of these findings, implications of the findings for future study were highlighted
