Research on China's Inter-Provincial Power Supply Substitution and Barrier Elimination Mechanism

The dominant position of provincial market in China's power market structure makes the optimization process of power resource allocation insufficient and incomplete. In this study,the cause, scale measurement and elimination of inter-provincial barriers are considered and used to develop trading and interprovincial barrier elimination schemes for power substitution trading in the interprovincial power market. By constructing a regional power market, clearing the power based on the optimal cost model for regional power supply, the loss measurement and compensation mechanism design of market entities can be carried out and the regional power market can be Pareto-optimized
