Resilience Management of Mega Transportation Infrastructure Adapts to Technological Innovation

This study regards project management as a system, four types of disturbances caused by technological innovation and adaptive behaviors of management system are proposed based on the "structure-function" two-dimensional model. Resilience is introduced into mega transportation infrastructure project management, the connotation of resilience management is elucidated from the perspective of resilience evolution, the collection of resilience management capabilities in response to disturbances caused by technological innovation is proposed. The dimensions and paths of the reconstruction of mega transportation infrastructure project management system are clarified from the perspective of resilience, and the structural framework of standardized resilience management system is presented
