Risk-reducing problems of the Latvian gas supply

This paper reviews the energy policy of Latvia as a part of the national economic policy. It describes the legislative situation in the Latvian energy sector, and discusses the measures for energy conservation policy and the tendencies of the main character parameters in the energy sector.
