Robotic Processes' Automatization in HR Operations
In the context of the increasing digital transformation of economy, one of the leading trends is the introduction of digital technologies into the activities of all business entities. It is worth noting that the HR sphere is one of the key areas, since the qualifications, skills and abilities of employees are the main factor determining the success of a business. In this regard, the primary task is to free HR workers from frequently recurring tasks and provide opportunities to focus on performing analytical work and developing strategic solutions.The purpose of the chapter is to develop a matrix that allows to identify a list of business processes that require automation, and to determine the order and priority as well as the formation of recommendations in the field of personnel management.The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between the level of digital maturity of various enterprises and the need to implement projects to automate HR processes through the introduction of software robots.
