Route factors in grid systems 'pushed over' by phi degrees

Route factors are obtained for biaxial grid systems, of infinitely fine mesh, which have been 'pushed over' by <i>phi</i> degrees. The results assume that trip origins and destinations are uniformly distributed over the plain.
