SCIENTIFIC AND METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE EVALUATION OF THE UNTAPPED INTELLECTUAL RESERVE OF A TRADING ENTERPRISE

Evaluation approaches to the untapped intellectual reserve, which affects the effective management of the intellectual potential of an enterprise are identified. The essence of the concept "intellectual potential" is considered. The intellectual potential of a commercial enterprise is proved to have to consider both the current and best possible levels. A scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of the untapped intellectual reserve is proposed. A calculation of the intellectual reserve was made, a system of indicators of the assessment of opportunities for development of the intellectual potential of a commercial enterprise was developed and a matrix of pairwise comparisons was built. A gradual development opportunities temporal model of the intellectual potential of a commercial enterprise was offered and its current level of use was determined. Calculations for determining the space of the untapped "intellectual reserve" of the intellectual potential are given.
