Self-consistent microscopic approach of the Meissner effect in magnetic superconductors
A model hamiltonian describing the interaction of superconducting electrons with a cubic spin lattice and an electromagnetic field is approached in a self-consistent way. The magnetic behaviour (Meissner effect) of such a system is studied in the non-magnetic phase of localized spins. The attention is focused on two effects: the rotation of the bulk magnetic field relative to the external one due to the anisotropy of the susceptibility tensor and the harmonic modulation of the Meissner response in a certain range of temperature.
