Sensei : Scraper for Enhanced Analysis to Evaluate Illicit Trends

Over the last years, we faced an exponential growth of illegal online markets and the ease of buying illicit goods online. To study and understand this emerging illegal economy, we developed a trend analysis and web monitoring tool: SENSEI. The tool extracts specific trends and human behaviours and produces insights on specific buying and transaction habits from users and vendors from the Surface, Deep, and Dark web. In addition, the trend analysis tool is meant to discover and highlight relationships among different criminal activities and hence provide evidence and support investigation activities and LEAs (Law Enforcement Agencies) detecting criminal operations
