Setting Up of Employees Performance Management System at Vogue Commercial Ltd

Retaining talented employees is a challenging exercise especially when it comes to small and mid-size companies. The present case study is restricted to setting up a performance appraisal system for each and every department of a mid-size broking house of Delhi which has mostly a North India presence with the sole objective of developing a tool for employees' satisfaction and motivation. Cost-benefit analysis of retaining trained employees vs. hiring new employees is out of the scope of the present case study and hence is excluded
