Simulations and Gaming Exercises for Training Development Planners and Managers

The way in which a single simulation exercise, the Green Revolution Game, can be adapted to meet the professional eeds of different groups of development planners and managers, is described. It is argued that simulations and gaming exercises should play a greater role in the training of those involved in development and proposes the production of a short directory of simulations and gaming exercises.
