SOURCES OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR REGIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION

Investment projects, which were assigned the status of a regional project as well as projects that will ensure the development of leading regional clusters were identified. Prospects for cluster formation for financial support of the regional investment project "Village of the Future" were identified. Potential participating enterprises of the cluster were identified. An algorithm for a business entity's decision regarding participation in the implementation of the investment project was developed. The need for financial resources of private investors for the project "Village of the Future" was revealed. Analysis of potential sources of the owner's financial resources to ensure the implementation of the project "Village of the Future" was made. An organizational and legal form of the project was proposed.
