Spectral method determination of dynamic exponents for Ising models
We have carried out extensive Monte Carlo simulations of the ferromagnetic Ising model on square and cubic lattices. By analysing the power spectrum of the magnetization autocorrelation function we have values of the dynamic exponents for the two models. Our results are z=2.13±0.02 in two dimensions and z=2.04±0.03 in three dimensions.
