STIMULATION AND EFFECTIVE USE OF MONEY ORDERS OF THE LABOR MIGRANTS

Taxation of remittances resident individuals of Ukraine from overseas has become (is) particularly relevant in recent years. The paper examines the direction of stimulate remittances of labor migrants, because they substantially impact on the economy and financial system. According to the World Bank, one-third of the world are practicing approach for effective utilization of remittances of labor migrants which is built not on coercion but on economic interest. The experience of foreign countries of labor migration processes and process of effective use of remittances has been analyzed. Stimulating the inflow and the use of cash inflows from migrant workers in such countries as Egypt, Eritrea, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka is described in detail. The measures to stimulate of remittances of labor migrants and their referral for investment in Ukraine are proposed.
