A Strategic Alliance: The MIF Program to Promote Public - Private Partnerships for Infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean 2008-2009

Presentation delivered during the seminar "Desarrollo de Infraestructura para un Crecimiento Económico Sostenible. Lecciones Aprendidas de la Experiencia Española", celebrated in Madrid, Spain, October 2009. The MIF program's goal is to improve capacity to plan and carry out Public Private Partnerships in infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean. This presentation goes into detail about how the program works, its budget, activities, and what have been its accomplishments in the region so far.
