Strategic Planning as a Priority of Technology of State Administration of Regional Development

The article deals with the main features of regional strategic planning formation. The main problems of the region strategic planning are revealed and the direction for their solutions are proposed. Realization of the offered directions increasing of strategic regional planning will allow to bring a new level of strategic planning in the region, to increase the investment attractiveness of the region and create the conditions for business development
