Strong Nash Implementability via Critical Profiles

In this paper we introduce new necessary and sufficient conditions for strong Nash implementability. We use the notion of critical profiles and impose conditions on the social choice rules regarding these profiles. We also propose a new and simple mechanism for implementation.
