Structural efficiency of incomplete block designs
In this paper an attempt has been made to introduce the concept of structural efficiency in incomplete block designs using the concept of majorization, an established concept in inequalities. Structural efficiency preserves the homogeniety or even distribution of treatments over the blocks.
