STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES: MANAGEMENT APPROACHES

The article considers the «classical» approach to the issues of enterprise management: process, system, situational, concrete, functional, resource, factorial approach. Outlines the definitions of each of the approaches to the management of the enterprise, as well as advantages and disadvantages. The author suggests the schematic image of the aspects of the system approach and its application; a scheme of contents resource and functional approaches. For research on the structural transformation of the machine-building enterprises of the author of the article specifies that effective is the use of the approach, and the approach to management through management functions through the analysis and use of available resources of the enterprise, that create competitive advantages of the enterprises of mechanical engineering. Thus, today the management of the structural transformation of machine-building enterprises appropriate to use resource-functional approach. In the article the author gives the definition of this approach and the peculiarities of its use. Also provides a diagram of the content of the resource-functional approach, which was developed by the author. In General, the analysis of approaches to management of enterprises provided an opportunity to offer the resource-functional approach to the management of the structural transformation of machine-building enterprises that is effective.
