STUDY REGARDING THE IMAGE OF SUPERMARKETS KAUFLAND, PENNY, PROFI IN THE CITY OF ALBA IULIA
The paper presents a comparative study about the image of three supermarkets in the city of Alba Iulia (Kaufland, Penny, Profi) with the use of a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The main topics identified in the study were: products offered and assortment diversity; the quality of the offered services; prices; communication with the market and promotion efforts, those were the main categories applied.
