SYSTEM OF THE FACTORS OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE ORGANIZING CULTURE ENTERPRISE MACHINE-BUILDING AREA (ON EXAMPLE HARIKOVSKOY AREA)
This article is devoted to research of organizational culture of machine-building enterprises on the example of the Kharkiv region. In the floor select those indexes which most represent the state of organizational culture and conduct a groupment after certain signs for development of practical recommendations in relation to directions of adjusting of organizational culture.
