Teaching Pedagogy for Management Students : The Opportunities and Challenges

This article mainly focuses on different teaching pedagogies which are being followed in different Business Schools across the world. It has emphasized course curriculum for Business Management should be revised on a continuous basis as change is the only constant in the globalised world. Both Faculty members and students have to upgrade their skills so that risk of obsolence can be avoided. The Management course stressed for a new pedagogy that calls upon teacher to integrate the content of learning with the happenings of daily life. The article has identified different type of evaluation procedures and their critical analysis. It has explained in length the indispensable role of feedback mechanism both for Faculty members and MBA students. In the current era of globalization, where failure of corporate governance mechanism is evident for large corporate giants across the world, responsibility of Management institutes or business schools is not only to produce an academically sound student but also a good human being with adequate personal integrity
