The Bank’s Role in the Prevention and Restructuring of Corporation Crisis : Part II

The issue of the financial crises of corporations, a long time subject of interest for the expert of economic and business matters, appears to be very current in a context in which, by one side, it is an event of a structural nature within global, integrated and selective markets and, on the other hand, the different relationships between banks, companies and market have various impacts on the management of these financial crises. The study has the objective of providing a contribution to the knowledge of the many counterparts of corporations, related to the initiatives aimed at establishing more sophisticated control system, to the conduct and methods of intervention in case of declared crises, to the motivations underlying the decision to support a project of restructuring of the corporation for the purpose of protecting their credits
