The Baraba Project as One Version of a Territorial High-Tech Cluster

The article discusses the idea of the Baraba Project, the essence of which is creation of a high-tech agricultural cluster in Novosibirsk and Omsk oblasts.1 The article can serve as the beginning of a discussion of innovation projects for the revival of Siberia.
