The Customs Union and Neighboring Countries : Models and Instruments for Mutually Beneficial Partnership. Analytical Summary
This study has been carried out by The Center for Integration Studies of the Eurasian Development Bank. It considers the current opportunities for applying the global experience accumulated by regional integrative alliances to the development of intensive economic cooperation between the Customs Union (CU) and other partner-countries. This includes countries without a common border with the CU. The study looked specifically at Armenia, Moldova and Tajikistan. For each country instruments of mutually beneficial cooperation with the CU were proposed across a range of integration aspects. In the future the analysis could be used as the basis for fostering relations with other partners of the CU and the Single Economic Space (SES)
