The Development of Structured Employee Attitudes Surveys

This report was commissioned by Acas to assist them in the development of structured employee attitude surveys. The project identified priority question areas for Acas surveys and, through reference to existing social surveys, created a Ôquestion bank' of field-tested questions. Advice was also provided on viable in-workplace sampling strategies.
