The study aims to assess the present state of technology management adaptation in the manufacturing industry. Data collection in mixed mode was performed using a semi-structured questionnaire. According to the findings, consumers specify 31% of the company's products and services using configuration tools. 27% of the organizations realized that customer data are relevant to their business. At the adoption level, every industry uses the systems in their production line, and every system has an interface to the leading method. Four hypotheses were developed to demonstrate the importance of information sharing, employee involvement, supplier involvement, and customer involvement with implementing I4.0
