The Effect of Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline and Learning Media on Learning Readiness

This research was made to find out and analyze the factors that influence Learning Readiness in the form of Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline, and Learnin Media. The technique used in data retrieval is done by the method of data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents online with a total sample of 217 respondents using SPSS software version 23 and Amos version 22. This study supports previous research which states that previous research has been carried out by Ayu Fitri Yanida and Hengky Pramusinto (2014) Effects of Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline, and Learning Media on Learning Readiness of Class X Students in Office Administration where the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of learning motivation, learning discipline
