THE EU MEMBER COUNTRIES AND TURKEY’S ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO VIKOR METHOD WITHOUT PARTS RETURN WITHOUT REPAIR

The aim of this study is to compare the EU member counries and the candidate country Turkey’s development levels by economic indicators with multy-criteria decision-making techniques VIKOR.VIKOR is multi-criteria decision making method which has criterias that can not be measured with the same unit. In the method of VIKOR, lots of criteria can be evaluated together and created optimum solutions. Furthermore it can be used for choosing the best solution from the alternative solutions or ranking this solutions by alternatives performances. In this study the EU members and Turkey’s economic performances ranked according to Maastricht criterias with some economics criterias of year of 2010 datas. Also the relative importance of the economic indicators determined by taking the opinions of market professionals and academics. As a result, the EU members and Turkey were ranked by VIKOR method.
